Phones Suck

Does anyone remember when phones were actually durable? My first phone was a flip phone by Samsung. I dropped that thing so many times and you know what? It STILL works! I have it sitting in a drawer somewhere just-in-case my supposedly smart phone fails at some point!

Now, I love Nokia's Windows phone. I had a Samsung Windows phone a few years ago, and I really liked the OS. It was easy to use, very clean looking, and it did everything I wanted it to! I didn't have the same apps as my friends, but with the new Windows Phone 8, that hasn't yet been a problem. They have every app I need! Well, I have had two previous Nokia phones and both of them were amazing! I would throw my last phone on the ground just to make a point to people that it wouldn't break! It was awesome!

Four days ago I got a Lumia 925. I dropped it once and the corners were all dinged up and the SIM card reader wasn't working! I was really mad! This is a Nokia! Half the reason you buy a Nokia phone is because it can take damage so well! Very, very disappointing. Well, I managed to fix the SIM card reader, so I decided to ignore the dings and keep the phone, instead of replacing it. But then things got worse! Yesterday a crack appeared on my screen! I didn't drop it on anything hard again; I actually don't remember dropping it at all! I supposed it might have fallen from my couch to the carpeted flooring, but that shouldn't create a giant crack. Maybe my fat dog stepped on it when I wasn't looking, but that shouldn't create a giant crack either! My Nokia screen! Seriously? I spent a year throwing my 920 at the ground, and it is still in perfect condition! But one little fall and a mystery attack and suddenly my Nokia phone looks like an iPhone. Let's just hope phone insurance covers this crap.


With so many people hating on Windows phones, you'd think Microsoft and Nokia would want to make phones that were actually something special. This is just so annoying! Maybe next time I'll get an Android device - in two years, when my phone contract is up.

Everything Is Going Wrong!

Everything Is Going Wrong! Is the place where I have decided to complain about everything and anything that I want to! Why? Because I like to complain, and no one actually cares about my petty little problems. This way, I can type and type and type and my computer will still love me as much as it did before I complained and ranted my heart out.

I like to complain. It gives me something to talk about, something to feel, and something to do. I guess that's supposed to be bad or something, but it's fun! Why should anyone else care if I had a bad day and I want to talk and talk and talk about it until I've said the same thing over and over again. That's just what I like to do. If you can't understand that it makes me feel good and it makes me happy to rant in nonsensical ways, I don't really care. I'm done caring about everyone but myself. It's time for me to talk a little time to discover who I want to be, where I want to go, and figure out exactly what I am doing. And you know how I'm going to do that? By posting however many lengthy, annoying posts that I want! Look out world - I'm ready to complain!
